Holiday Shows For Every Age On Netflix 2016 (right now!)

I don’t know about you, but I spend a significant amount of every Christmas break snuggled up with my family in front of movies and shows I don’t normally have time to watch. It’s my idea of a very good time. We light a fire and keep it stoked for better part of our holiday break and take turns choosing shows to watch on Netflix while we do massive puzzles, knit, and do Legos. It’s my very favorite thing about the break, to be honest. No one’s in a hurry to be anywhere, I shut down work for a couple of weeks, and we spend a lot of quality time together as a family. I love it.

As I was thinking about what we’re planning to watch as a family this year, I came up with a decent list of holiday shows for every age. I’ll let you decide what age is appropriate for each show, that’s not my business, but I’ve given some vague guidelines. Also, not everything is technically holiday themed. I added a few movies here and there that are good to watch any time of year, but are great over a nice long holiday break.

What else would you add to the list? Do you have specific holiday shows you watch every year? I’d love to hear what you do at your house over the holiday vacation. And Merry Christmas from my house to yours!
