Our fit tip today comes from our very own KJ, who is the mother of a very new-ish baby and is exercising. She says:
Very early mornings are usually my only chance to get in some concentrated exercise. It’s hard to get out of bed after that 5 am feeding for baby, but it helps to lay out me exercise gear at night: shoes, socks, industrial strength foundation garment, ipod, etc. in a neat stack next to the bed so I don’t have to fumble around wasting time. I’m not always successful, but it really does help.

In other news, the Weight Watchers and exercise are paying off, I’ve lost FIVE pounds so far! Woo hoo! So keep it up ladies, the work is worth it.
