homemade teacher gifts.

My daughter is out of school for the summer, and before I get to the fun summer stuff I have a great find for those of you with children still in school. When it came time to give teacher gifts to Precocious’ teachers a couple of weeks ago, I froze with performance anxiety and chickened out completely. I wish I’d seen these bags first, I could have wowed her teachers with my sewing skills. Craft Daisies is a really fun blog with tutorials that walk you through the crafting process, step-by-step. Brilliant. These Boo-Boo Bags were made by Simone for a teacher appreciation luncheon at her school. You obviously don’t need to make them in bulk, but I love the idea and think it adds a personal touch to end-of-the-year teacher gifts.

These are great teacher gift ideas. Teachers, grateful for any little gesture of thanks, receive more sweets & mugs than they can possibly enjoy!
