summer of fun.

I’ve been a busy girl, a very, very busy girl, and it’s time to tell you what I’ve been up to for the last little while.

For starters, I’m now writing for Rocky Mountain Moms Blog, an affiliate of the Silicon Valley Moms Blog. It’s a great place for me to vent my fears and anxieties, and issues about being a parent, openly chastise celebrities, and anything else I care to write about. The writers on all the affiliate sites are amazing; I love being involved with Silicon, it’s a terrific group.

I’m also writing for another amazing site Car & Caboodle, since I just can’t get traveling out of my system. And because I’m married to Victor, who can’t sit still on a weekend for the life of him: must travel at all times. We’re taking what is sure to be the trip of a lifetime this Summer, driving down the coast of California for three weeks. A trip that we actually leave for A WEEK FROM THURSDAY, ahhhhhhhh!

I’m going to be sharing my adventures with you, travel-diary-style with flip videos, fun adventures {C is sure to fall in the ocean at least a few times}, and great family-friendly fun things to do with kids in California. I can’t wait.

In July, I’m co-hostessing what is surely going to be the it party of the year at BlogHer in Chicago. July 23rd to be exact, it’s called: Social Luxe Lounge. S.W.A.G., primping, networking, pampering, beautifying. Be there or be square. I will be; that’s reason enough to come isn’t it? I *might* be able to promise some amazing entertainment, and mini mani/pedis as well. What’s not to like ladies? Details will be forthcoming, but let me just say that you’ll want to R.S.V.P. for this one.

Next {oh yes, there’s a next} I’ve teamed up with Utah’s finest bloggers to create a local raves and reviews site called Sassy Scoops. We visit and review local Utah hot spots, host contests, and generally have a ridiculously fun girls night out a few times a month. But it’s serious too. Because when you write about something, it’s serious, right? Right?
