schylling toys.

Looking through the classic toys in a Schylling toy catalog is a thoroughly enjoyable blast from the past. I know I had one of these Curious George Jack in the Box toys as well as a wooden abacus like this. Ahh, it makes me long for the simple days. Schylling’s mission {which they live up to if you ask me} is:

To create and offer unique products that offer a variety and distinctive appeal to our customers around the world. We love classic toys, but also focus on new products, concepts and play patterns. Schylling toys have a wide range of price-points to satisfy the retailer and the consumer.

This digger from Schylling is a perfect example of a super cool classic toy at a great price. It can be used in the sandbox, which could keep my son C busy for hours, or {as the sandbox is currently covered in 4 feet of snow}, to retrieve & put away scattered train pieces from the family room floor, {the way it is currently being used}. Love this toy.

Digger.
$40.

My mom got my kids presents from here and they love them. My older son won’t go to bed without his cars now.
