A few months ago I started using something called P.I.N.K. Fitness. It’s a bar. That’s it, a bar. Well, a bar and some DVD’s. But I’m telling you right here and now, as someone who’s been exercising regularly since I was a teenager, looks can be deceiving. This little bar has been kicking my fanny around the block three times a week, for a couple of months, and boy howdy, it’s amazing.
First of all, I picked up the bar and thought to myself ‘It’s just a bar. Huh, I’m way stronger than this little bar that doesn’t even have weights on the end. I played soccer for years, my quads are amaaazingly strong.’ Don’t be fooled. This little bar, this 20 minute workout, will have your legs hammering up and down like a sewing machine, every time you take a load of laundry up and down the stairs. In fact, you don’t even need to be carrying anything anywhere, let alone stairs, to feel the burn in your legs. The P.I.N.K. bar is simply fantabulous.
Here’s the scoop: P.I.N.K. was started by a mom {Debbie Millet}, who was in her 40’s with two kids and not in the best shape of her life. She didn’t have time to do an extended exercise program but still wanted to get in shape. Sounding familiar yet?
The P.I.N.K. Fitness formula was designed for women who don’t want to waste time at the gym, on fad diets, or reading endless materials that end up discouraging the final outcome. P.I.N.K. Fitness is designed to be easy. It’s designed to work for a woman’s body on a woman’s time.
I’m telling you here and now, this little bar is wonderful. I’m not really the infomercial type, but I’m in love with the P.I.N.K. bar. It’s deceivingly good at doing its job of toning up your body. And even though you might not have any cellulite to get rid of, I on the other hand, *ahem* may have lost a little of that nasty business in the process. But don’t take my word for it. {10 points if you can name that kids show}.

Reading Rainbow… wow, that looks really interesting.
Angela,
Kudos. 10 points for you.
So… up and down like a sewing machine? That would probably be a bit much for my knees. But I’m glad you’ve had good success!
The exercise isn’t up and down like a sewing machine, that’s just what my legs do when I put the bar down. You know, like after you go climbing, when your legs feel all rubbery? It’s GOOD, not bad.
