It’s time to introduce a new face around here. I am so excited to introduce Petit Elefant’s newest editor: Rachele Beck.
Rachele is a nutritionist who’s going to be a fitness editor, posting on Thursdays with nutrition tips, healthy eating ideas, and recipes. She is beyond qualified:
She’s done an internship at Yale, been a Fit For Life instructor, a nutrition educator for a wellness center, winner of a Heart Smart cooking competition, and is the published author of a cookbook. She’s currently helping clients focus on: menu planning, weight loss, low fat and healthy cooking, as well as helping clients prepare for marathons and triathlons.
Qualified to offer advice, no? Let’s offer Rachele a warm welcome. If for no one but myself, these nutrition tips will be very appreciated. I need a little nutrition advice in my life. Eating cake at 10 pm just isn’t cutting it for me anymore. Welcome Rachele!
