I love OPI nail polish. It’s one of those brands you just have to know about if you plan on spending any time having groomed nails. The colors are great & the names are even better {Cozu-Melted in the Sun, Friar Friar Pants on Fire}. Not only that, I know that if I use OPI my manicure will last a week {which is really saying something for a busy mom!}.
The folks at OPI have outdone themselves by creating a line called Nic’s Sticks, a collection of nail polish sticks you can use on the go. They’re the size of a Sharpie marker with a screw on lid, which will at least give you some lead time to intervene if your 3-year-old decides he wants to paint his nails {I’m just saying}. You just pump, paint, & go. I’ve even done it while waiting for P in the carpool lane. Just what my purse has been waiting for. Find them at any one of these retailers.
“I’m not Really a Waitress,” ‘It’s Sheer Luck” and “You Rockapulco Red” are among my faves. This stick thing sounds ideal for my never manicured nails!
This is so strange! Last night I could not sleep (not strange or uncommon) and I was laying awake thinking about my childhood. For some reason I recalled going to do the dollar store with my granny and buying these cheap nail polish sticks! They were absolutely crappy but we loved them! I was wondering if anyone had ever improved on the quality and where I might find them! How absolutely amazing! I am sure the OPI ones are great!
this is perhaps just the answer for me; maybe my nails will actually look semi-professionally done instead of lookin’ done by my 8 and a half year old!!
