When P was little we did yoga together all the time, and she loved it. We rolled out my yoga mat and she would do little yoga poses all over the family room. It was completely adorable and was great exercise for her.

since i’ve been “gung-ho” with exercising, Autumn has been doing stretches, etc. with me…i bet she’d LOVE to have her own mat, and a much cuter one than my boring black one!! :)
