I was a scrapbooker once upon a time. Before P was old enough to walk. After that I went to scrapbook stores and spent loads of money on adorable things, only to stash all my loot in the basement, never to see the light of day. I have SUCH mommy guilt over the whole thing. P has at least three scrapbooks completely filled with every event in her tiny little life. C, not so much.
This clever mom went through the same thing, only instead of wallowing in the mommy guilt, she did something productive with it. She created this company, How Fast They Grow, a digital scrapbooking company, for digital age, {read: super busy} moms. She’s taken all the guesswork out of it; all you have to do is upload your photos, drag and drop. There are even tutorials for those of us who are technically challenged. The finished result is a scrapbook full of clean, adorable layouts filled with photos of your little babes. Now we have absolutely no excuse not to get our children’s baby albums done.
12″ x 12″ $38.

ok, i was feeling enough guilt–thanks a lot!!! :) i can TOTALLY relate to your stash of adorable stuff in the basement… though in my situation, Ethan is the one lacking; i got excited when i had a girl, what can i say?! :) i think i’d like to make the switch to digital, but i’m afraid i’ll feel MORE guilty for not using all of the loot i’ve bought! what a conundrum i’m in…!!!
