helping moms get organized.

The hardest part of motherhood for me has been staying organized.  I was super organized before kids, and now?  My brain is unplugged half the time.  I think the problem is the fact that I’m the C.E.O. of too many people’s lives.  Between working from home, keeping my kids in and out of their schools and extracurriculars, and managing a household, my brain is fried.

But all is not lost.  There are all kinds of tricks to keeping your life in order.  I think.  And I’m willing to bet all of you have some tricks up your sleeves.  Your secret arsenals for keeping your head screwed on straight and everyone to the dentist on a regular schedule.  Right?  Say yes.

Avery, a cool company filled with loads of organizational supplies, is running a contest from now until June 30th called Tip It Forward.  If you go to the Organization of Moms Facebook Page and enter a tip, you’ll be entered to win weekly assortments of organizing gear or $2,000.  That two grand could go a long way towards a trip to Disneyland.  Or a lot of nail polish and shoes.  Shoes!

I clearly have my priorities in order.

Head on over and enter.  You might get your house organized this Summer, with prize money to boot!

–I am participating in this campaign with Avery because I think their organizing stuff is awesome.  They sent me some organizing stuff and I’ve already put it to good use.  They gave me a little money too.  I’ll be sharing some of my organizing tips as we go, and they’ll make you feel a lot better about your life.
