I didn’t get to a fitness tip on Monday because we welcomed back our wonderful Alma from *maternity leave* {welcome back Alma, we love you!}. I might have to move my new section of fitness tips to a different day; Mondays belong to Alma. In any case, here’s the next tip.
Reward Yourself.

And by *reward yourself* I don’t mean go eat a few cupcakes. I mean when you hit a target goal of yours, reward yourself with something you wouldn’t normally buy yourself. Go to a spa and get a massage, treat yourself to a facial, get a pedicure, buy yourself a cute pair of sassy new shoes. You need to keep investing in yourself to keep the fitness motivation alive. So go ahead and treat yourself, you deserve it.
