Have a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, especially if you are an outdoor exerciser. Rain {Allison’s note: rain or SNOW} can easily make you say, “I can’t run today…”
Perfect tip Michelle. I, um, *kind of* needed to hear that. I may have accidentally/on purpose derailed my fitness plans because of crummy weather lately.
