diet coke is no joke.

Hang in there with me this week as I’ve gone off caffeine cold turkey {not recommended} and am feeling the full brunt of it. I’ve read that it’s similar to detoxing off heroin, and while I can’t personally attest to that, I’m really struggling. If I’m not quite up to my usual posts this week, please don’t think I’m gone for good, it’s probably just that I can’t get rid of these darned headaches. I’m falling into the “extreme symptoms” category in all the detox books, but I know it will be worth it in the long run.

I have a fun giveaway lined up this week, and some fun things to show you, so stick around…

Girl, I’m doing the same thing! I’m down to 1/2 a can a day right now. I actually feel so much better, but I swear, the more water I drink, the more hungry I get.

Hang in there it is well worth it. You just have to watch that you dont relapse. It is an emotional thing in the morning so find something that you enjoy to replace it, herbal tea. I personally have turned to a “green superfood” smoothie. The rewards of good nutrition give me my energy now. I wont lie to you, I still crave that java from time to time ..

You Go Girl! Good for you to get off that stuff. I tried with my coffee, but can’t seem to shake it. I blame it on living in the northwest.
