    are you familiar with Mother Acting Up? It’s a mama-led, mama-fed grassroots organization connecting women all over the globe to stand up (with joy) for the world’s women and children. On a day like today, I soak in the gift it is to mother in a place where I never have to worry about clean water or food or a place for my children to lay their heads…and that gratitude fuels activism to arise on behalf of those mothers who only dream of such blessings…
