Happy New Year! Time to get going on those resolutions, right? We all know that most goals for the new year are fitness related…..something to do with our enjoying the holiday season a little too much, I’m sure.
When I first started going to the gym my biggest challenge was finding something to wear. I wanted clothing that would be comfortable for my workouts, but also wanted to cover the body parts I was trying to improve without spending big bucks.
