I bet you didn’t know Sorel boots were cute these days. My memories of Sorels included the manly version that Viktor wears when he’s out chopping wood or doing other freezing winter activities. Warm? Yes. Cute? Not so much.
Times, they are a changin’. These new hot pink, adorable, warm and snuggly Sorels are for women. Precocious has huge feet though, so she scored these. Lucky girl.
They aren’t even the cutest in the batch. I’m totally jonesing for the Joan of Arctic boots. In dark brown. Wouldn’t those beat the Uggggggggggs that I’m wearing all over town now?
{Precocious was given a pair of boots to field test. And she’s wearing them through the fields. And on the horse. And all over my new family room floor. And she loves them.}

Mr. J gave me those Joan of Arctics (in brown!) for Christmas 2008. I was hugely pregnant though, and couldn't get them on/off by myself. Enjoying them this year. Practically a wardrobe staple for gals in Idaho. Tres chic. :)
I do love those Joan of Arctics, but I love the old school Sorels too, call me weird. I got a pair (the Cabela's brand instead) a few weeks ago and I love them. They are huge and clompy but awesome.
