spring parties.

I’ve really got an itch for Spring right now; maybe because it won’t stop snowing in my neck of the woods! At any rate, I’ve been searching for fun warm weather ideas {fantasizing really} and I love this one from Martha Stewart. I’ve had this particular lantern/butterfly page bookmarked in my Martha for quite a while and I was happy to see it on Hostess with the Mostess today. Find instructions here.

adorable gift baskets for wedding, baby, or kitchen.

Cupcakes Apron. $35. {via Two Blonds and A Brunette}. These fabulous ladies created Two Blonds & A Brunette in 2002 after deciding there was a dearth of appropriately chic gift baskets on the market. They have done a remarkable job filling the void by creating baskets for all occasions: wedding, baby, or gourmet. They’ve also created a super sexy cupcakes apron {as shown above}. You can choose whether or not it actually makes it to the kitchen. Well done ladies….

nic’s sticks by opi.

I love OPI nail polish. It’s one of those brands you just have to know about if you plan on spending any time having groomed nails. The colors are great & the names are even better {Cozu-Melted in the Sun, Friar Friar Pants on Fire}. Not only that, I know that if I use OPI my manicure will last a week {which is really saying something for a busy mom!}. The folks at OPI have outdone themselves by creating a…
