I know there’s nothing fancy or amazing about these ghost suckers. They’re as run-of-the mill as Halloween crafts come, but sometimes, oldies are goodies.
Here’s how to make easy ghost suckers for Halloween. Make ’em for your kids, make ’em for your neighbors, make ’em for your friends.

The supply list for this craft is almost ridiculous.
Easy Ghost Suckers:
- yarn
- tissues
- suckers
- black marker

STEP 1:
Take two tissues {more makes it too bunchy, less and you can see through to the sucker wrapping}, lay them flat and place a sucker in the middle.
I choose to use Tootsie Pops. How many licks does it take? I’ve never made it all the way through without chewing.

STEP 2:
Wrap the tissues around the sucker and grab on around the “neck” area of the ghost. Twist it a little to give it a little flair.
Because there’s not enough flair in the world.

STEP 3:
Now cut a piece of yarn, string, ribbon, whatever you have on hand, to about 3 inches long and tie a knot around the neck.
I’m sorry, it’s still a neck even if it is a ghost.

STEP 4:
Using the black marker, {I like Sharpie‘s} color in two black circles for eyes.
I made one for me tolook like Edvard Munch’s The Scream, just to keep things interesting.
Kids need a little culture in their Halloween crafts.

That’s it. Wasn’t that easy?

Cute little ghost suckers.
A little treat for the Halloween lovers in your life.
Adorable and easy – two of my favorite qualities in a craft.
Me too lady, me too.
You can spice em up by adding googly eyes too! Guess that makes it a little bit less quick/easy, but still fun!
Linz, I did that on one of them! My kiddos loved it.
This was my mom’s go-to Halloween treat when I was growing up. Great memories!
I know, it’s a total blast from my past too Erica. Love these.
I loved these when I was a kid. I know they seem so easy, but kids just think they’re fun. Haven’t thought about them in years. Thanks for the reminder!
Diana, my kids are going bananas handing these out to their friends, so I think sometimes simple is best!
These are the easy go-to craft. Love these!
I almost didn’t make them, but my kids have been handing them out like crazy to their friends, they love them!
