It’s the weekend already and it couldn’t have come fast enough. This last week was so busy I didn’t sit down before 10 o’clock at night once. *sigh* Gotta love fall.
Here’s a wrap-up of some things happening on the web right now:
-Jane made a Hummus and Guacamole bean dip I’m dying to try.
-Babble named me as one of the Top 50 Twitter Moms. Dude. Seriously? Totally made my week.
–Meg Cabot wrote about her feelings surrounding 9/11. Where were you? I was at home with an innocent toddler girl, watching horrified from my cozy little home.
-A little Friday Eye Candy from MamaPop, in the form of James Franco. I will refrain from commenting. I’ll just say this: it’s no mistake MamaPop has won a BlogLuxe Guilty Pleasure award two years in a row.
-Speaking of SocialLuxe, the wrap-up video is up from the 2010 Avery SocialLuxe Lounge . Are you in it? Do you want to be next year? I do, it was more party than I even know what to do with.
-The awesome women behind Momtastic posted an interview of me. I think it went okay; it seemed a little too easy. Like when you pick the most logical multiple choice answer on a test and hope for the best.
-The Bloggess posted her feelings about bloggers participating in major ad campaigns in exchange for cereal. I really don’t even have the time to tell you how I feel about this. Jenny summed it up nicely.
-I put together a Fall Boot Roundup for Momformation {that’s a BabyCenter blog I write for. it’s pretty fabulous}. Are you all in for boots? I’m ready to buy 5 pairs tonight. No, really.
Have a marvelous weekend.
thanks for the shout out sweet lady…and you need to try that dip STAT.
I can almost taste it.
and, btw, congrats on babble! woohoo!
THANK YOU! :)
I loved this round up. I loved Jenny’s post. She’s a stud.
I love that you make lists. I want to make a list. Will you make a list and list me at #1? That would be a real boost for me.
Yes, to lists and you at #1. Because YOU? Are #1.
Boots, boots, I checked your list, but I am dying to find some tall riding boots that are flat on the bottom. Any suggestions under $100???
Do you have access to Nine West shoes anywhere near you? TJ Maxx? Ross? I’d try those first, then go to 6pm.com and look around.
I adore riding boots.
