what’s in your purse series: week ten.

This week’s *What’s in your purse series* purse is from Natalie of The Bobby Pin.  Here’s what she’s got inside.

This is my Monday-Friday bag. On weekends I usually grab a smaller purse but I almost always still have this bag in the car with me. It has everything I need.

• That red strap is my work badge.
• White wallet that is falling apart
• Business card holder (from Utah actually, love Hip and Humble)
• Keys
• No fewer than 15 pens and highlighters in 2 colors. I live in constant fear of not having a pen.
• Sephora receipt
• Sephora lip gloss freebie from my birthday last year
• Change purse a coworker brought back from Columbia
• Sunscreen stick
• Anti bacterial lotion
• Three hand braces — that is embarrassing. I get carpal tunnel symptoms, but these braces by IMAK keep the pain down. I don’t however have 3 hands. So I don’t know how three ended up in there!
• Calculator for my stats class
• 10 hair clips
• Three big bobby pins
• A tissue holder
• A poken. I found it in there and smiled. It is from BlogWorld… but I really haven’t used it.
• The makeup usually stays in that little Clinique freebie pouch. It is made up of mascara, tweezers, eyeshadow, chap-stick and gloss. For those nights when you’re going somewhere after work.
• My iPhone
• Sunglasses.

My purse is by Latico — it is narrow but I love it because I can slip my laptop in there, or my notebook as the second picture shows. It is kind of briefcasey but still a purse. It is also getting worn out, and I think I might have to switch soon. Sad — the floral lining is my favorite part!
