things I’m grateful for this season.

In no particular order…

1. It’s going to be a White Christmas.

2. My husband still has his job. You know the one he was supposed to be out of in July? Still there, {thank heaven!}.

3. My 9-year-old P:

4. My 4-year-old C:

5. I live in a beautiful part of the country.

6. Books.

7. This blog of mine that has grown and become such a fun part of my life.

8. My super talented, lovely co-editors Kimberly and Alma. They put an enormous amount of time and effort into this blog; I couldn’t do it without them. Both women are wonderful and both {!}are lucky enough to be with child this holiday season.

9. I’m married to my one true love.

Allison

Hello there! I’m Allison Czarnecki, founder + editor of Petit Elefant, a blog all about style on a budget for every part of your life: style / home / travel / family. I do a lot of how-to beauty + style tutorials, travel posts, easy recipes, home remodel projects, and cool DIY crafts you totally want to try. I’m super happily married (to a hot Polish immigrant) and am the mother of two kids, a daughter and son, all of whom are featured here on the regular. We live in the country but we’re a little bit rock + roll. Welcome!
