swiss miss update.

I posted a little while ago about how distraught I was over the lack of available Swiss Miss Mocha Cappuccino hot chocolate in my neck of the woods. I love the stuff and can’t find it anywhere anymore.

Are you ready for the beauty of social media?

A lovely woman from ConAgra, the parent company of Swiss Miss, found out about my post and my love of all things mocha, and sent me two cases of the deliciousness. TWO cases.

I won’t be rationing anymore. I’ll be indulging in the wonderful mocha loveliness and warmth for a while. And I’m not sharing.

Thank you ConAgra!

{p.s. apparently you can find it on Amazon. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that!}

    I thought Mormons couldn't have things that are Mocha Espresso?

  2. ellen :

    Ask and ye shall receive!

  3. Karen :

    I love the internet. It really CAN be used for good! :)

    Julie- While coffee is "taboo" in our Word of Wisdom, a general code for better health, coffee flavored things like this cocoa are just fine.

    Also, every Mormon chooses how exactly to follow the Word of Wisdom, which is why you might find some Mormons drinking coffee or even alcohol. And then there are a few gray areas like caffeine that are up to personal interpretation. Hope that helps clear up some confusion.

  5. Julie :

    Thanks. I think it just makes it confusing for us non Mormons.

  6. Petit Elefant :

    Sorry for the confusion! I don't mean to mess with people's heads, just trying to stay warm.

  7. ALC :

    um, some?
