how to increase your daily water intake.

It’s no secret that I’d rather drink Diet Dr. Pepper than water any day of the week, but sometimes it’s good to mix it up. Not really, but work with me here.

Since my new fridge showed up I’ve been amazing at drinking water. I dare say my water consumption has increased by about 400%, and I’m not just pulling that number out of nowhere. Okay I am, but it feels like 400% because I’m drinking cold ice water all the livelong day.

Having an ice maker {ice is critical} and a water dispenser in my fridge is the key to my success. I mean, my happiness. I mean, my water consumption.

Just another piece of awesome from this beauty.

Having an ice and water dispenser in my fridge increased my water intake too! But now the water dispenser is broken and just sprays water EVERYWHERE, and my water intake has drastically decreased.

I'd love a fridge that had a decent icemaker.

Of course, I take my water slightly cooler than room temperature and no ice. Because of Europe. You know.

Oooh I can't wait until the day we have an ice dispenser. Yummy.

I have always coveted a water and ice dispenser on my fridge. I am sure it would increase my water intake!

i keep a container of ice cold water in my fridge at all times — and I always grab for it before the soda pops after I've been raking leaves in the yard!

So that's why I haven't been drinking enough water, the water that comes out of my fridge is slower than honey. Time for a new fridge!

I drink a TON of water and eat way too much ice. :)
