It’s one of my favorite holidays for many reasons. I hope, whether you celebrate with bunny rabbits or your Sunday best or both, that you have a lovely weekend. Today we are celebrating with sunshine, hunting eggs, planting seeds, baking, and tomorrow with worship and feasting.
And a recipe for you, to make use of all those eggs you dyed, courtesy of Martha Stewart. Or update your favorite egg-salad sandwich by reducing the mayo and adding a bit of dijon mustard, adding a dash of paprika, or serving on dense multi grain bread that’s been lightly toasted.
