Make your own chia seed pudding recipe for a great breakfast or mid-day snack. It's super rich in protein and vitamins and so good for you!
Recipe type: Breakfast or Snack
Serves: 6 servings
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • ½ - ¾ cup chia seeds
  • 1-3 tablespoons of honey to taste (I usually use at least 3 tablespoons)
  • optional add ins: vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder
  1. In a bowl, mix together milk and chia seeds until combined.
  2. Add honey to chia seeds and milk and stir until completely mixed.
  3. Pour pudding into small glasses and put in the fridge to sit overnight. The chia seeds will turn the milk into pudding after several hours.
  4. Eat plain or with berries or granola.
