summer swim suits 2011

DownEast sent me an adorable swim suit to take with me to Europe.  Viktor pointed out that people in Europe don’t obsess over their bodies like Americans, and that maybe it was time I invest in a bikini to wear to the bath houses in Budapest.

No thank you very much.

Just to sweeten the deal a little, I added a ruffly swim skirt on top.

He won’t be excited about that, not at all.

Ahem . . . is it okay to admit, on this stylish blog, that I have no purse?

Gasp!!

And no style.

Which is why I read this blog.

After this embarrassing spectacle, you will be extra motivated to read this blog simply because you are terrified.  Terrified of being the woman with no purse.  That’s when you know you have really let things go.

I have a baby bag, that in actuality is a Sherpani® messenger bag.  That in reality, looks exactly like a baby bag.  My husband picked it out because I forgot to get a baby bag, and then I gave birth.  After that I was too tired to pick out a bag.  Before this, I only had one black purse.  Now, I only have one black baby bag.

This is key: if I were to be stranded on a deserted island with only this purse
